The registered partner companies can subsequently perform a targeted search for suitable candidates in the candidate pool and contact them easily by means of the portal. It is easy for partner companies to create a permanent filter and be regularly informed about suitable new candidates via mail.
- Dual education system partners find candidates with the desired skills and competencies quicker and easier this way. And prospective students can orient themselves easily to almost 900 dual education system partners. Both prospective students and companies benefit that way with the Applicant Market.
- The Applicant Market enables companies to view an abundant amount of profiles and to connect with the targeted candidates. Mid-sized and smaller companies in particular have an opportunity to enthuse potential candidates for their company. The Applicant Market can supplement the companies’ own acquisition measures in this way and in addition gives the companies a good overview of the candidate situation. Because candidate profiles are deleted after 150 days, the Applicant Market guarantees a steady current pool of prospective students. You need a personal registration code for this purpose. (If multiple user accounts are required, every contact partner has to sign on with an activation code and report an individual mail address.)
